If Walls Could Talk...

To be honest, I'm not quite sure what our walls would reveal about all the shenanigans that happen around the Clayton Casa...
like Kason's newest creation of a bike helmet! I am enjoying sharing all of my iPhone pics...even though they may be slightly blurry or grainy, I love how they truly capture the monkey business that abounds our daily lives.
We may not always be dressed to the nines, have our hair combed, or a bow on...but boy do we know how to have fun!
Like trying to play a little basketball with big brother where the thief is at it again...
trying to steal it away! Or giggling just because she feels like such a big girl in her new high chair...
Although, there are definite times of chaos around the house, we do have our more subdued times where we snuggle and watch movies...
or read books and sing silly songs...
or put puzzles together...
Kason has most recently enjoyed getting big kid mail for the first time! He started receiving his first magazine, Highlights, and thought it was about the coolest thing ever.
He also received a baseball catalogue from Academy this past week which we have read daily so we could pick out our favorite gloves, bats, cleats, and helmets...you know, the important things in life to a 3 year old boy :). As for the little lady of the house...
she has started working on her modeling career! Seriously, look at that little poser already! We do stay home most days of the week, but thanks to our fabulous nurse, Ms. Jan, who takes care of Max two days a week, we are starting to get out more. Every Thursday, I drop the big kids off at school while Zoe and I run errands...
As for Wednesdays, we just play it by ear. Sometimes we stay home and play, while other times we bundle up and head out...
like when we went to Monsters Inc. in 3D...
I'm even the crazy momma that takes three kids to the grocery store on those days...you should see the circus. I carry Zoe in the papoose type holder, Emma sits in the cart, while Kason is my sidekick.
Although, I must admit that I LOVE, LOVE when I get to take Kason grocery shopping by myself. It seems silly to even say that, but this little guy is way too much fun helping me pick out yummies for the house. If you notice, he even carries his own grocery bag that sits up front with him and he picks out his favorite foods to fill in his own shopping bag...
So basically, whether we are out on the town or in the pretend-playzone at home...
we like to make the most of every day. We aren't perfect, our house gets dirty, I do laundry constantly, there are dishes occasionally in the sink, and our beds don't always get made...but one thing I can say for sure is that our walls would share how we strive to create a home full of imagination...
giggles...
and lots of love!
