While the Clayton Crew has been tangled up in love with the upcoming holiday, we just had to take a quick break to celebrate Mardi Gras together on Fat Tuesday. In our annual tradition, we watched "Princess and the Frog", listened to jazz music, and ate a scrumptious cajun pasta dish!

Then we splurged on a personal favorite...
beignets! The evening was an absolute blast and a fun peak into the New Orleans culture and a little history as to why Mardi Gras is celebrated. Let the good times roll!
