Kason has always had a love for painting, coloring, drawing, water coloring, crafts...basically any type of artwork ever since he was very young. I keep a closet stocked of art supplies for him. For Christmas, Daniel and I decided to get the kids an art easel which they have absolutely loved! Nana and Pops surprised the kids with art smocks (goodbye Daddy's old shirts!) and a few more painting supplies...eek! Kason could hardly wait to get his hands dirty...
I love to watch him work...he is so serious and concentrates intensely. You can see his little wheels churning trying to decide what step to take next. Who knows, maybe we have a new Van Gogh in our midst :)!
