Cutest Pumpkins in the Patch...

After the fun we had last year, Daniel and I knew that the Punkin Days would be a new yearly tradition. On Saturday, we loaded up the kids and headed over to Floydada to harvest a few memories!
Kason loved getting to participate in kids' activities like jumping in a bounce house, tossing a few rings...
and going on a cake walk...
while Max strolled around and little lady showed off her new walking skills...
The five of us enjoyed a leisurely stroll around the square looking at booths, eating authentic Mexican food, catching up with old friends, and soaking up the beautiful weather...
On the way home, we stopped by our favorite pumpkin patch to pick up a few to take home. Kason caught a ride on the pumpkin train...
While Max caught a ride in the wagon as we picked out pumpkins!
Shhhh....don't tell our doctors that we snuck him out of house arrest! We just can't resist allowing him the opportunity to live life like a little boy rather than keeping him in his bubble. I know, I know...we are about to seriously lock him up, but just look at the pure joy on that face...
not only does he enjoy the outdoors, but he loves hanging out with all of us as a family, rather than always being left with a babysitter. Who can blame him? I know I can't get enough of these family fun days...
along with the fall weather that is beginning to roll into west Texas and the autumn smells of pumpkin spice. Who wouldn't want to take advantage of spending their days with the cutest pumpkins in the patch!
