Miss Zoe's Personality Blooms...

The last couple of months with little missy have been a joyous occasion as we have learned about her precious personality. Like I said before, she has been a really easy baby and even started sleeping 8 hours around 5 weeks and 11-12 hours at night by seven weeks!
Miss Zoe can be a little diva at times which cracks me up! She is our social butterfly and LOVE, LOVES being with people as much as possible. Out of no where she will start screaming her head off (for hours if you let her) until you pick her up...then she miraculously stops her crying on demand, no soothing needed like the boys because she is instantly happy when being held. She also loves to hang out with her brothers...
Little lady seriously enjoys getting her play on! From the start, she has always been extremely alert and awake for long periods of time. One of her favorite past times is playing in her gym...
Since Zoe loves interaction, she is adamant that she doesn't want to be held like a baby. She has loved sitting up and looking out from the beginning. I think her brothers are too entertaining and she wants to be a part of the action! She is extremely strong and has been holding her head up for awhile, and she insists that she should be sitting up already. She isn't quite three months yet, and she is already trying to sit up on her own in order to participate with the other kids!
One of my most favorite things about Zoe is how much she loves to smile...
Smiling and cooing helps with bonding, so I can't even explain how my heart melts when she sits with me in my lap and beams at me while I talk to her. Her first small, quaint smile started around 5 weeks followed quickly with her cooing. It took Kason until he was around 6 months to smile and Max was a year...so Zoe smiling so early has been therapeutic for my heart! I joke with our doctor all the time that Daniel and I feel like we have a genius on our hands since we haven't ever had a baby do anything on time developmentally...she told us to watch out because little missy will be writing her thesis next week! My guys and I simply adore Miss Zoe and look forward to the months to come as we continue to watch her grow and bring even more joy to our home.
