The Letter C...

Kason, Addy, and I have had so much fun during this cold spell trying to come up with fun things to do indoors! We have painted in the windows...
and we studied the letter C! The little rascals helped me make cookies...
the really yummy Peanut Butter Blossoms with kisses in the middle. These troopers unwrapped all the kisses and pressed them into the cookies. Then on the second batch, they pressed their forks to make an indention in regular Peanut Butter Cookies...
After Daniel got home from work, the big kids and I took the cookies to one of our neighbors house which were college kids! Of course we couldn't study the letter C without one of Kason's favorite past times...
cars! We even made ramps out of pool noodles...
we had a lot of fun trying to see how much air time the cars could catch! We couldn't leave out the little lady in our lives, Miss Addy, so we made crowns on her behalf...
The funny thing is Kason kept telling me he was a princess...yes my friends, you heard right...princess! Therefore, I had to launch a mini-speech in order for him to understand that our little lady is the princess and he is the prince...or to not even be confused by that and say king. I'm thinking I may need to rent a fairy tale movie so he can understand...I'm not sure if I want him wondering around in public announcing he's a princess! :) I think the highlight of the week was when the three of us celebrated Baby Yaya's birthday...
with cupcakes and candles! And yes, we may have sung Happy Birthday a couple of times and blew out the candles several times...
you know, just for fun! I told Kason before he knows it...
we'll be having a real party for him and Max as they turn 1 and 3! Time sure does fly by when you're having fun!
