April was apparently a slow month. I don't seem to have a boat load of pictures, which is probably a good thing, ha! So here is a random assortment of pics.
We did take our mini-youth group to Fiesta Texas! It was a super fun day for Daniel and I. It reminded me of sweet memories from youth ministry.
Zoe invited her bestie Zoe to join us for a girl's day (+Max). We went to VooDoo Donuts downtown followed by a Bollywood style Treasure Island Play. We had a wonderful time together!
There is a time at the end where you can get pictures and autographs. Max wasn't too sure what to think of the cast up close. He did really enjoy the musical part of the show though!
We met up with our family friends the Mullen Family one night. Since we moved south we don't see them nearly enough because it's an hour trip to each other's homes (which is basically a whole other city away)!
The best part (besides the good company) was watching these boys wrestle!!
The kids found dewberries in a field near our house so they were pumped to find a pie recipe to make. They took it to our church pot luck that evening. Adorable isn't it?!
