Maddux Family Christmas...

Before we even get into opening presents, I have to confess that one of the best gifts this season was the newest bundle of joy that the Dodson family was blessed with...
Miss Sophie Claire! Isn't she absolutely stunning?!?
The Clayton Crew is beyond excited for Aunt Shaye, Uncle Bryan, and cousin Sadie!!! We had so much fun getting to love on their newest addition...
Sophi was born on December 17th and was only 4 days old when we celebrated Christmas with the Maddux side of the family. The crazy cousins, Kason and Sadie, were all squeals to spend the day together...
While Mimi and Doc were pretty excited to spend the day with all their adorable grands!
Max always loves being around family with all the extra attention he gets...
He especially enjoyed going down Sadie's little slide they moved into the house for the winter. I would hold his little hands and help him slide down and he would just giggle and make his movement/noises for "again, again"!
Max was also pretty excited to help unwrap gifts this year by ripping some of the paper. He especially was pumped to see a big red Elmo hiding behind the paper!
Kason is always anxious to get into the kitchen to help out, so he really had fun making one of his favorites with Mimi...
Little man was also spoiled with an abundance of superhero gear and action figures to help him get into character!
Miss Zoe also couldn't get enough of the slide...
She was also spoiled with all sorts of bling for her ears, but I think her favorite was her own set of silverware! This girl has been trying to learn how to feed herself and loves to feed others, so this was just about perfect :)...
Of course all of us can't seem to get enough of this feisty little gal...Miss Sadie!
She always adds so much spunk and sunshine to our visits :). And we can't forget our fabulous Uncle Bryan!
Or spending time with one of my favorite people ever...
Aunt Shaye! I am beyond blessed to call her not just my sister, but one of my best friends...love this girl! So thankful that she opened up her home so soon after having another little lady, so that we could all come together to celebrate.
Ah, how I love any season that inspires family get togethers! What a joy to be blessed with an incredible family where cousins will grow up to become best friends...even though I'm sure their antics will drive us to madness some day...glorious madness that is :). This most definitely is the most wonderful time of the year!
