Gobble, Gobble...

'till you wobble! Every year I think, could this holiday get any better...and every year it somehow does! The Clayton Crew loves us some holiday relaxation, visiting family, and seriously scrumptious food!
Of course, Kason and I had to do a few Thanksgiving activities to get us into the holiday spirit! We read a couple of Thanksgiving books, talked about what we were thankful for, but most importantly...
we did a little cooking! Kason and I both love to get into the kitchen to bake up some holiday fun like these adorable pumpkins...
We even made a Thankful Tree Pot Pie one night for dinner...
Another one of our favorite things to do together is get a little messy...
what better way than to sling glue around while making a turkey pinata to smash on Thanksgiving day!
This year, it was our turn to spend Thanksgiving with the Clayton Clan in Bowie. So to kick off the fun filled family weekend, the guys hit the water for a little fishing...
followed by frying up a yummy gobble gobble for dinner!
Kason loved every minute of the Thanksgiving weekend because he was outside the entire time hanging out with the guys (Nana too after the feast!) and playing with his Daddy's toys from when he was a kid...what a special treat!
The other two rascals were inside playing and having just as much fun as their big brother!
Max had fun bouncing in his Johnny Jump Up along with giggling in every one's lap...
As for little lady...
well, the adorable fashionista enjoyed some serious snuggle time and was in bliss every moment of it!
So much so, that since we've been home she is wondering where all her special attention went and why she isn't getting to nap occasionally in someones arms! Before dinner, we all went outside for the First Annual Turkey Pinata Bash...
Kason was so excited that he wouldn't let anyone else have a turn hitting the pinata and definitely wasn't letting anyone get near his candy...Aunt Michelle can attest to that when he started after her with the bat when she was playing around gathering up the goods!
As always, Nana out did herself with an amazing feast...
As you can see Kason didn't hold back :)...
While Maxers may not have been able to eat any of the deliciousness, it didn't stop him from having fun drumming his plate with Daddy!

There is so much to be grateful for this Thanksgiving...
but I think what tops my list is having a beautiful family to share my life with through all the struggles to the giggles! Thanks for an incredible Thanksgiving Nana and Pops!
