Random Acts of Sweetness...

Even though Kason is all boy and is our rambunctious little man, he has such a sweet heart. He loves to care for other people and it is so exciting to watch him at such a young age show random acts of sweetness. As I have previously shared, he enjoys taking care of his baby and pushing him around in his stroller...

but last night I noticed that he also enjoys taking care of...

his cars! This stroller also comes in handy because I have Kason help me put laundry away so we load it up with what he has to put away and whisks it away to our rooms! I also wanted to share a few other random acts of sweetness that have happened these past few days...

1. The other night we were playing hide and seek under the blanket while laying on the couches. Daniel and Kason were hiding under the blanket and I was supposed to figure out where they were which was so difficult due to Kason's giggles, wiggling toes sneaking out under the blanket, and Daniel saying shhhh, but somehow I still found them! Daniel said something along the lines of hiding so mom can't see us and Kason somehow thought Daniel said Jesus. Therefore, Kason pops his head up and tells us, "I'd give my blankie to Jesus!" We all began to smile and we said, "Wow Kason, that is a big deal". Then he responded to us by saying, "Yeah...I'd give my binka to Jesus!" Daniel and I melted because if you know Kason this is HUGE...he won't part with either his blankie or binka with anyone...they are attached, but apparently, for Jesus he would give everything!

2. Like I have mentioned in the previous post, Kason adores Addy. So whenever I ask Kason to help Addy with something, he puts his hand at the small of her back (like a little gentleman) and escorts her to wherever we are headed in the house. Don't you just love his manners already?

3. We like to head butt around our house so I got really scared when Kason sat by me and said, "I have to head butt Max." I nearly panicked, but told myself to remain calm because I don't want to freak out on Kason while Max is in my lap and scare either one of them...but before I could do anything, Kason got real close to Max and gently laid his forehead on his then looked at him and smiled real big. It was such a sweet gesture and now I guess Max has officially been initiated into the Clayton Crew!
