we are alive and no longer homeless friends!!! We closed on our first house, moved into our new home, and wrapped up school all in the last week of May...a whirlwind of a week, but we remained sane. We have unpacked a few rooms, but are mainly getting everything prepped for remodeling and updating...all our goodies arrive in early July for us to begin the real transformation. As you can tell, Kason is a real big help to Daniel with all the extra work around the house...
Other than working on the house, we have just been playing up a storm with Kason and loving every minute! His personality is still charismatic since he tends to draw a crowd thanks to his giggles, smirks, and smiles that no one can resist...along with his constant dancing! Although, he has begun to start throwing mini-temper tantrums which usually resolve in a few seconds when I turn my back on him to leave the room...then amazingly when he isn't receiving any attention, he is all better...little stinker! Here is a pic of little man enjoying his new discovery...a little boy's favorite toy- DIRT!!!
One of his other new favorites...

Doesn't he look like he just ate an Oreo cookie? Well he fooled you because that is scrumptious dirt...you know he can't play with anything without tasting it first...oh the joy of little boys!
Since we don't have TV or Internet yet at the house (hence the lack of blogging), we have spent a lot of time outside in our backyard. We have also enjoyed all our friends stopping by for a visit...
This is Katy and Kason, she is our friend who helped paint the incredible mountain mural in his nursery...as you can tell...we love her!
