Our little man is already weighing over 10 pounds and 23 inches in length! With him only being technically 4 weeks old, his adjusted age has him in the 5o% in weight and 95% in length. The funny thing is that he is under 10% in his proportions because he is so long for how much he weighs! He has slowly been growing chubby cheeks, a double chin, and mini fat rolls on his arms and legs, but is still mainly long and lean. He is one strong, feisty guy already trying to inch his way around the room...before we know it, we will have a crawler! Another fun fact about Kason is that he is starting to smile while he is awake. Daniel and I have adored his smiles while asleep which we call sleepy smiles, but are really enjoying the excitement of his first smiles while awake! I tried to capture them in a photo and have had trouble, so the picture above is the ending of a smile while playing with him.
HOW CUTE. I AM SO EXCITED TO HEAR HOW KASON IS GROWING. THAT'S GREAT. LOOKS LIKE YOU MIGHT HAVE A BASKETBALL PLAYER IN YOUR FUTURE. WELL JIMMY AND I ARE ALMOST PACKED AND READY TO GO. LOOKING FORWARD TO MEETING DANIEL'S PARENTS AND SPENDING A GREAT VACATION WITH YOUR MOM AND DAD. CAN'T WAIT TO SEE GOD'S HANDIWORK IN ALASKA.
