Hippity Hoppity Mommy School...

Well, Easter kind of snuck up on me since it was so early this year. Therefore, we only did two days of Mommy School. I knew I wanted to work on patterns, so a short session worked well. As I've stated before, Zoe is always begging to use scissors and glue so I'm trying to incorporate them into each unit. We started off by identifying patterns, and then she got to complete her own...
Then we talked about a different type of pattern like lacing in and out, in and out, in and out.
We also talked about the pattern of having the polka dot side of the ribbon on the inside of the basket and the stripes on the outside.
We both loved this activity! The basket is made form a paper plate and ribbon :)...
Another activity was a sticker sheet where the stickers were laid out in a pattern. We identified the pattern together and then Zoe was able to make an Easter picture out of them...
The last activity we did, Kason joined us! Zoe used her plastic eggs to create color patterns...
This hippity hoppity mommy school was short and sweet, but still full of "egg"citement!
