This weekend was packed with parties...it might have been a little busy...but oh so fun! Last night, we hosted our young professional's christmas party. Daniel got to smoke a turkey for the first time and not only did it look gorgeous, but it was delicious!
The party was potluck, but we did supply a beverage bar...
with several toppings for coffee, cider, and hot chocolate...
I absolutely love to make everything festive and this night was no different :)...
The BEST part of the night was the tacky hat contest!
Oh friends, some were unbelievably creative...
while others were most definitely hideous!
The two finalists were Shannon and Amy...
I know Andrew may not have participated in the hat contest, but he most definitely won tackiest sweater!
After our incredible dinner (can I just say I'm so impressed by their amazing cooking skills!?!), everyone played a round of Quelf...
a silly party game where you must "obey the card" :)...
As you can see, there were lots of smiles to be made!
I love, love this group of people...
and am so thankful they shared their Christmas joy with us this year!
