My Brown Eyed Girl...

is a four month old and seriously adorable! She is only weighing in at 12 pounds 5 ounces which puts her in the 30%, but what she lacks for in weight she makes up for in height because she is in the 80% for length. With Max being in the hospital this past week, it has been an Iphone pic sort of week along with a no bow/mostly pj's week for little missy. Basically...we are just surviving the day to day, but I must confess that even without a bow the size of her head she is still too cute for her own good!
Right now, we are seriously loving our hands! Zoe tries to put them in her mouth as much as possible, along with anything else she can manage to get her hands on. She recently figured out she could use her hands to grab things intentionally and so she is really working on learning how to snag what she is spying. She has also found her feet and think they are hilarious...
Little lady is still trying to figure out how to grab them on her own, but she doesn't mind one bit if you help her out! She still love, LOVES to be in your lap as much as possible. She is definitely a social butterfly and will sometimes fuss just so she can get some special attention...
Why yes, we still call her a diva because there are times at night when she wakes up and cries just because she wants a party in her crib! She sleeps through the night, but occasionally if she wakes up and gets bored she feels the need for a little socialization :). True to being a girl, she loves to talk...all...the...time! I must confess that I have so much fun listening to her tell me all about it. With Miss Zoe being extremely social, she gets super excited to play with her brothers...
even in Max's crib! Kason seriously adores her...
as does she, but there are times that true to him being a boy and the oldest he feels the need to pick on her! I guess he wouldn't be fulfilling his sense of duty if he didn't already start the sibling torture...even if it is just too tight of squeezing hugs, fifty kisses to her face and oh yeah, the occasional drilling on her stomach with his screw driver. Most of the time she just smiles away because she loves to watch whatever he is doing. Zoe has always enjoyed her tummy time, but she has been having way more fun since she can push up even higher...
she adores mirrors which makes me think, hmmmm...I'm not sure that is a good thing when teenage years roll around!
Her newest development is that she can roll from her tummy to her back! She is working extremely hard on rolling from her back to tummy, but most often gets hung up on her side.
I think my most favorite thing about little lady right now besides how much she loves to be held (which is new for us since neither of the boys were that way), is that she smiles constantly! I can't get past those beautiful big brown eyes and that precious dimple of hers. My heart is just full of love every time I catch even a small glimpse of this baby girl!
