Punkin Days...

This morning we loaded up two of the little ones along with Aunt Michelle and DB to head out to Punkin Days in Floydada...a small town outside of Lubbock.
We enjoyed strolling around their town square checking out booths, while Kason decorated a pumpkin...

Lunch was scrumptious thanks to good old fashion corn dogs...
and sweet treats...
Kason boarded a train for a little ride around town...
he had just as much fun trying to figure out how the train worked than just catching a ride...
Aunt Michelle and Dad participated in a cake walk with Kason...
where little man won a cupcake! Miss Zoe hung out in the stroller rather than soaking up the sun because of the crazy west Texas wind might have blown the little cutie away!
We even tried to take a family picture (even though we were missing our favorite love bug, Max)...
of course between being blown away and a little 3 year old who was too excited to stay seated, it didn't turn out well. At least it captures the smiles we shared together this morning!  On the way home, we stopped at a pumpkin patch...
to pick a few pumpkins for our houses...
Hmmmm...now I think it is time to conjure up a little pumpkin carving fun or fall treat baking! So glad Aunt Michelle and DB could join us for a some fall punkin fun!

  1. Sadie & I went to the pumpkin patch today also! She didn't get to ride a train, but we did go on a hay ride. Can't wait to see you all in a few days!
