If you know our little man Kason, then it doesn't come as a shock that he is obsessed with sports. He immerses himself into whatever sport he is interested in with all his little heart...it is quite adorable. He switches from football to basketball to golf and now his current passion, baseball...
Kason has every piece of equipment needed to be a good ball player as you can see...
This funny little guy has to line up all of his baseball gear along the "baseball fence" first thing in the morning so he can "get ready for his big game" as he tells me. (The green rag is so he can wipe down his bat whenever it gets dirty!) Sometimes he plays for the Rangers or Yankees...
but most often he is rooting for the Astros! He will even sit down in our patio chairs and stare at the backyard then converse with me about which team he is watching playing their game and who is up to bat...of course it is usually his friend Kyle. Out of the blue last week he decided that he needed a bat bag to hold all of his equipment, so thanks to Doc, his new bag came in the mail yesterday!
He practically ran me over to go outside and load all of his goodies up!
Now the little stinker is trying to work the system even further in his favor by asking me when he is going to get his baseball helmet and new uniform!
I keep trying to remind him that he just turned 3 and has a little bit longer to wait until he can actually play his "big game" on a real field! No matter what sport this little champ plays, I know the Clayton Crew is going to have too much fun cheering him on!
