In Love With...

Kason is now 10 months nearing the 11 month checkpoint. He has a huge personality that keeps Daniel and I entertained. He is definitely turning more into a toddler rather than being a baby. He is extremely stubborn and very independent. He is weighing in around 21 pounds and is about 29 inches long. Kason is in love with...

Bath time! He loves to splash the water and crawl/swim around for his toys. He doesn't even mind you pouring water over his head. He amazes me in the water...that is why he is starting swim lessons in February!

Sleeping! He still naps twice a day and sleeps 12-13 hours a night. He has been going to bed between 6:15-6:30, now he is a big boy and is staying up until 7:00-7:30!

Playing! He loves to crawl, pull up on anything, walk with assistance, and play with toys. He loves music, especially songs with words to it. He adores people, in particular kids and babies. He also loves dogs, not just Zoe. He just smiles and laughs at kids and dogs, then tries to grab them...it is so cute!

To taste everything! He still puts everything into his mouth. He is so quick too that you have to be on guard to make sure whatever he grabs doesn't reach his mouth! He is now officially off of baby food and eating finger foods along with miscellaneous plastic toys! He loves applesauce, yogurt, fruit, veggies, and cheerios. He would much rather feed himself rather than you feed him...then he is so proud of himself after he uses his fingers like a big boy.

Smiling! He loves to smile and laugh. He brings so much joy to so many people with that smile. Everyone just melts when he charms them!

Talking! Or I should say yelling...he just figured out how to do this recently and he has enjoyed himself yelling so much. He babbles a ton especially during car rides and singing. He will just yell out of nowhere while he babbles and then smile. I think he loves to hear himself as much as Daniel and I do!
