Wiggle Worm

Kason has become more of a wiggle worm...I honestly didn't know that was possible! You can hardly contain him when holding him. He likes to sit, then stand, then jump out of your lap- all within a few seconds! It won't be long until we are hunting around the house looking for him! Daniel and I continue to find ourselves laughing constantly when we hang out with our little man. As you can see from the pics below, he is still growing and doing fabulous. He has physically caught up with other babies his age, so we are just working on his development of motor skills. He wants to do everything on his own until it comes time for feeding, then he wants to lay back, relax, and chill while you hold his bottle. Dena, our favorite OT, gave us this bottle to help teach Kason how to hold his own bottle. He is a little stubborn, but he is slowly catching on.
Daddy equals playtime! While sorting laundry the other day, Daniel thought it would be fun to play a new game with Kason. He put him in his basket then whirled him around the room and Kason loved every minute of it! Oh the simple pleasures in life are always free!!!
The other night Kason played so hard that he fell asleep in his jumper. His face was smashed against the jumper and the music kept playing like a broken record...it was hilarious! I tried to take a picture of his head crashed against the toy, but he moved when the flash went off.
No, this isn't his Halloween costume. Instead, it is a pair of his cute winter pajamas! It isn't too cold here in Lubbock, but with his cool humidifier in his room he gets chilly at night. Isn't he too adorable?
So as you can see, life in the Clayton Household couldn't get better!

  1. Wow, what great pictures! I love that he is learning to hold his bottle now!! And the fun in the laundry basket is great!! Daniel used to love that at that age. We'd "sling" him around until he giggled out loud!! Love, Nana & Pops
